I'm not dead yet!

I swear I'm not dead yet! I'm still here I'm still here! I do apologize for my long absence. I know I haven't been commenting much on your blogs either. I just need a few days and we'll be back to our regularly scheduled blogginess.

So where have I been you say? Mostly working on a website launch. And by mostly I mean "every waking hour of the day when I'm not at my other job for the last 6 days." This particular website has been giving me some serious trouble transferring from my test server to the clients server, thus throwing a serious wrench in my works AND it must go live Sunday night. All I gotta say folks is some website hosting services are not worth it.

So, as you can imagine I've been as busy as a bee and totally not sewing at all. Lame I know, but a girls gotta make a dollar.

I'm also happy to report that the Camera saga continued as well this week. Had cord, had camera, had no drivers.... You see, technology and I sort of just coexist. We have a begrudging partnership that we were both forced into. We depend on each other, but we don't necessarily like each other. I suppose this is what I get for trying to resurrect an 8 year old camera. My phone has more megapixils. In any case I managed to find the drivers buried on the internet and plugged those babies into the computer. Success! Two weeks after the ordeal began I have finally mastered this digital camera. Thank goodness. I think I'm going to have post-traumatic stress disorder after this camera experience. Might be time to fork over the cash for that Nikon I wanted. It's totally cool to ask for a SLR for a wedding gift right?
